01Information we collect

Registration uses your email address and EVM wallet address. If you connect X, we record the linked account identifier and task completion records. We also maintain your MOIRA ID, community points, referral relationships and registration progress.

Session information, IP addresses and basic browser information help us protect the service, limit automated requests and investigate problems.

02How we use it

We use this information to verify sign-in, maintain your registration, confirm completion of required tasks, administer referral points and respond to support requests. A wallet address is recorded for your registration; joining does not require a wallet signature or payment.

03Service providers

Moira uses Cloudflare for hosting and security checks, Neon for database storage, Resend for verification emails, and Privy for X account authentication. X processes the authorization you complete on its service. These providers may process information outside your location.

04Cookies and browser storage

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage can retain unverified form details for up to 24 hours and remember your current task step. Verification codes are not saved in that draft. Security and authentication providers may use their own necessary storage.

A short-lived verification cookie helps recover an interrupted sign-in. It expires within 12 minutes and is cleared after successful verification or sign-out. Recovery can only restore the same active session shortly after verification.

Sign out ends the current Moira session and clears local form drafts. Your account records and completed tasks remain available when you verify the same email again.

05Retention and requests

We retain registration and task records as needed to operate the community program, administer referrals, resolve issues and protect against abuse. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes; sign-in sessions expire after 30 days. Expiration of a code or session does not itself delete the related account records. Expired verification and session records are normally removed within 48 hours. Security-event logs are retained for up to seven days, and encrypted recovery backups expire after 30 days.

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account and retain limited records where necessary or required.
